Project Description

Farmer Copleys Corn Maze will return this summer for another 5 weeks of Corn filled fun from July 31st until September 5th

At Farmer Copleys, we have one of the largest Corn Maize Mazes in Great Britain (located 4 minutes from Junction 32 of the M62). With a mini maze for smaller children and a large maze for families to enjoy together.

The maze’s are interactive meaning there’s loads to do including rubbings, Maze-0-Vision, games sheets and more activities in the Fun Park for all to enjoy. Get Lost’ @ Copleys Corn Maze!

Fun Park Activities
All the activities are chosen and built for use by everybody, children and adults, so ensure you try everything and don’t be embarrassed, we know all the adults are really desperate to have a go! And they are all included in the admission price.

Jumping Pillow
This has to be the most fun ever! It’s bold, it’s bright and it’s striped. A great big pillow filled with air! It’s the largest jumping pillow available in the UK, 50ft x 30ft and 4 ½ft tall in the middle! We first came across jumping pillows at Cherry Crest Farms in Lancaster County PA, at which point, once we’d all stopped laughing, we decided we had to get one.

Mini Wagon Ride
Climb aboard the mini wagon ride and drive through the maize pulled by our Tractor, great for children of all ages.

Bale Mountain
The simplest of activities yet one of the most popular, a huge pile of D1000 bales in a pyramid shape which children climb,, up, down, run around, play hide and seek, using their imaginations and having a ball.

Tyre Mountain
Tyre Mountain is similar in design to Bale Mountain, made from super-sized construction tyres, piled high and then filled with sand to make them stable.

Copley’s Corn Maze Slide
You will be able to see the slide on site before you see anything else. The slide is 25ft high at the platform. You can climb up and slide down as many times as you like or you can stop before you’re worn out. Once you’ve raised your heart rate, treat yourself at the Corn Café to a well earned Latte or Ice Cream.

Pedal Carts
These are serious Pedal Carts, adjust the seat to fit your leg length then off you go, Dads can race their children or you could try endurance!

Yorkshire Grill Catering Van

The menu includes freshly cooked food & drinks.

Mae’s Sweets

Mae is here with her sweet van perfect for a little treat after completing the maze!

Safety – we have a video briefing upon entry to the maize, Corn Rangers in the maize itself, and flags for people walking through the maze. There will be sanitising stations all around and physical distancing will be in place. Our Corn Rangers will be on hand to make sure everything is as safe as possible, ensuring you have the perfect family fun day out! Please wear sensible footwear, we are a farm and it does sometimes get muddy and uneven in places.

This Maze design with gaming sheets has to be one of the best in the UK, if not the best. So come and judge for yourself. Allow up to 2 hours to complete the Maze, record to date is 45 mins. Can you set the fastest time?

The gaming stations are scattered throughout the maze and there are a lot so it helps keep everybody interested and enthused to find the next station. Happy Hunting!

Do my little ones need a ticket?

Ages 2 and under will be FREE. Ages 3 and above will require a ticket.

Is it wheelchair/pushchair accessible?

Yes, we’ve had a big roller to flatten all the paths in the maze, so it’s very easy to go around.

What if it rains?

We’ll post on here and/or Facebook. It’s always worth giving us a call on 01977 600200 if you aren’t sure. If it rains within an hour of you coming along, we’ll give you the chance to come on another day to join in the fun!

Are dogs allowed?

Yes your furry friends will be allowed, we just ask they are kept on a lead at all times.

Are there facilities within the maze?

We have toilets and a catering van next to the maze. Baby change facilities are available in the Moo Cafe or Farm Shop.

How long will the maze take?

Around 1-2 hours depending on how quick you are (our record is 45 minutes – can you beat this?)
