We usually love skiing around this time of year. Unfortunately we aren’t able to go this year for obvious reasons but we missed the amazing food and memories it brings. When the cold weather and snow came around, a Cheesey Swiss Fondue was a MUST, so we wrapped up warm, grabbed some cheese specially chosen by Debbie from the deli, a bottle of wine and set to it in the kitchen.


250g Emmental Cheese

250g Le Gruyere Cheese

200g Comté Cheese

Garlic Bulb

70cl Il Casone Pinot Grigio
