The Farmhouse
The Farmhouse is our unique on-site accommodation, with everything you need to enjoy a home from home. Our whole property rental is both spacious and stylish, with three large bedrooms to sleep up to 8 people, perfect as a setting for groups of friends celebrating, a wedding party or a family trip away. Including three bathrooms, an outdoor hot tub, spacious kitchen, party room, living room and even your own bar. You don’t have to leave your best friends behind either as we welcome dogs too.

We welcome anyone from hen do’s, business away days and are a great base for companies working or training in the area.
Rates
The maximum number of guests we can accommodate is eight and a maximum of two well behaved dogs.
Our current rates for The Farmhouse start from £175 per night with a minimum 2 night stay.
We do accept long stays. Please get in touch for our bespoke rates.
Everything You Need
Our aim is to make sure you have everything you need to enjoy a relaxing stay here at the farm. You’ll be able to cook in our fully furnished kitchen to enjoy a meal in our dining area/party room.
Then either pour yourself a drink from our bar or relax on our comfortable sofas, where you can sit back and chill out and watch a movie or catch up on that latest series you’re watching.
We have a large outdoor patio area and garden which include our brand new hot tub and you can even enjoy a BBQ too.

Beautiful, spacious house that feels cosy and welcoming. Perfect for a family and friends. The large room with 4 single beds is great for older kids. The large dining room great for dinner with friends. Fantastic to have a hot tub.
In the countryside, but really close to ski, cinema, escape room, mini golf, shops… It was a perfect location for some Yorkshire skiing with friends and family! They’ve really got the place spot on!
The best house we have ever stayed in, immaculately clean and a very high quality of interiors. Beds and pillows extremely comfortable. The owners go above and beyond with extra finishing touches.
Milk in the fridge, coffee machine with plenty of capsules, tea, coffee and sugar. There was a farm shop with an amazing cafe. The children said it was the best holiday they had ever had.

loved the quality, the gorgeous apple cake and the easy self check in access.Copleys house is rich in style with beautiful and considerate restoration. It’s been left with its history and has a very beautiful story and along with the apple cake we received it’s been heaven.
Fantastic stay, the house is beautiful and in a great location.
Rob and the team are super helpful and friendly and the farm shop is wonderful!
