At Farmer Copleys we love food…who knew?! So with this, & our dedication to championing local quality produce, it seemed only fitting that we put on our very own delicious food festival.
More information will follow soon, but save the weekend of 31st August & 1st September…it’s sure to be a weekend of tasty delights.
The Pontefract Liquorice Festival
Fun Fact, we have our own Liquorice roots on the Farm, just one of the reasons we love supporting the Pontefract Liquorice Festival.
Each July we go mad for all things Liquorice. Pork Pies, Sausage Rolls, Cupcakes, Stout, Jams & Preserves…we make, or have tried to make them all.
We then take the tastiest of the lot down to the festival for a fun filled day celebrating this unique plant.
Wakefield Rhubarb Festival
Being located within the Rhubarb Triangle it would be ridiculous not to get involved with the Wakefield Rhubarb Festival.
Each year gets bigger & better, with 2024 seeing us take two stalls to the festival. Who knows what 2025 will hold, but one thing is for sure, our Ridiculously Rhubarb Jam will be making an appearance!
